ABRAH (“we”, “us”) is a technology company working across industrial AI, cybersecurity, software and business services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you contact us. Questions about it can go to support@abrahai.com.

We only collect what you choose to send us, and a little technical information that comes with every request:

• Enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, the area you are interested in, your message and the call-back time you pick on the contact form.
• Technical details: the browser type and the page you came from, saved with your enquiry so we can keep the form working well and spot misuse.
• Careers: anything you share when sending us your profile, such as your experience and the role you are interested in.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell lists, and we do not ask for payment card or government ID details on this website.

• To reply to your enquiry, call you back at the time you chose, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To route your enquiry to the right ABRAH team and give it a reference number.
• To consider you for a role, if you applied.
• To keep the website secure and working, and to meet our legal obligations.

Your information is seen only by the ABRAH team who need it to help you. We use trusted service providers to host this website and deliver email; they process information only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information, and we only disclose it to others where the law requires us to.

The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. A single, essential cookie is used only when an ABRAH administrator signs in to our private admin area, to keep that session secure.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our work together, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Access to enquiries is limited to authorised ABRAH staff behind a password-protected admin area, and the website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to support@abrahai.com and we will respond as quickly as we can, and within the time the law allows.

We will update this page if the way we handle personal information changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
