Planning mobile robots for a warehouse that never stops
AMRs pay off when the layout, the software and the people are planned together - not when robots are dropped onto an existing floor.

Autonomous mobile robots can take the walking out of picking and moving goods. But a fleet dropped onto a floor designed for people and forklifts often disappoints.
Plan the flows first
Map how goods move today: where they wait, where people cross, where the peaks are. The robots should take over the long, repetitive trips, while people handle exceptions.
Connect the software
The fleet manager has to talk to the warehouse system, so robots are sent jobs automatically and every move is recorded. Without that link, someone ends up dispatching robots by hand.
Bring people with you
Clear zones, simple signals and training make people comfortable working next to robots. A short pilot in one zone builds that confidence before the fleet grows.
