AI Agents
Building AI assistants your team will actually trust
Retrieval-augmented generation works when answers are grounded, sourced and limited to what each person is allowed to see.

An AI assistant that answers from your own documents can save hours every day. It can also lose trust in a single afternoon if it invents a policy or shows someone a file they should not see.
Ground every answer
The assistant should answer only from retrieved passages, and say plainly when it cannot find the answer. Every reply should link to the source, so people can check it in one click.
Respect permissions at retrieval time
Access rules belong in the search step, not in the prompt. If a person cannot open a document, its passages should never reach the model on their behalf.
Measure before you scale
Before rolling out, build a small set of real questions with known answers and test against it on every change:
- Was the right document found?
- Is the answer faithful to it?
- Did the assistant refuse when it should have?
